The personal information you forward to the Lobo Apparel website will only be used in order to fulfill the undertakings the Lobo Apparel website has and to assure you the best service. The Lobo Apparel website will not let a third party see or use your personal details without your prior consent. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.

Cookies are used by the Lobo Apparel website in order to improve your experience when browsing and using the website. Lobo Apparel’s objective is for the website to be always up and running, however Lobo Apparel cannot guarantee this.

 

Lobo Apparel cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available at the time you place your order. In the event the product you order is no longer available you will be contacted by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

 

Due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures in the Lobo Apparel website can differ from their actual colors. Lobo Apparel cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

 

Prices

All prices in the Lobo Apparel website are stated in EUR. The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but including Portuguese VAT.

 

Tax Free (Non EU Customers)

 

All our prices include 23% VAT (Portuguese tax).

 

Price changes

Lobo Apparel reserves the right to change the prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.

Shipping Charges

Currencies

Lobo Apparel cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.

 

Uncollected packages

Lobo Apparel will not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages.

 

Exchanges, returns and refunds

During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to exchange or return your order. You must return the product to Lobo Apparel in perfect condition. Lobo Apparel products should not have been used in any way. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact. You must also return the original invoice. Lobo Apparel will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Any shipping charges that may incur when returning the products are on your/customer responsibility. The cost of the merchandise alone will be refunded unless an error has occurred on the part of Lobo Apparel. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Lobo Apparel receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note, that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by Lobo Apparel. In the case of an exchange, Lobo Apparel will not add additional charges for shipping the new items.

 

Exchanges and sale

During sale or promotional offers the policy explained above will apply, except for the fact that Lobo Apparel not accept exchanges.

Feedback and Complaints Policy

We welcome any comments about our service, so that we can improve on what we are doing. We aim to deal with any problems quickly and fairly. If you have reason to complain about our service, please email our Customer Services Team (lobo@loboapparel.com) stating clearly that you are making a complaint. Our aim is to respond to your complaint within a few working days, either resolving the complaint, or with a timescale for resolution.

 

Returning/exchanging your order

During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to exchange or return your order. You must return the Lobo Apparel products to the Lobo Apparel in perfect condition. The Lobo Apparel products should not have been used in any way. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. The original invoice that comes with the delivery also needs to be enclosed together with the returned product. Returns/Exchanges should be sent to the following address:

Costs for return

Lobo Apparel is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Lobo Apparel receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by Lobo Apparel.

 

Costs for exchanges

Once you have returned the items, Lobo Apparel will not make any additional charges in the case of a delivery or an exchange. Please note that Lobo Apparel will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may incur.

 

During sale or promotional offers the policy explained above, will apply, except for the fact that Lobo Apparel will not accept exchanges.

 

Collecting your order

Portuguese customers: Depending on the volume of the shipment you will receive it directly in your mailbox or you will be asked to pick it up at your local Post Office. International customers: When your delivery reaches its destination, your local courier will deliver it to the specified address. The international delivery company associated to CTT (Portuguese Mail) may requires a signature, which means that you will need to be present at the address during their operating hours.

 

Delivery confirmation

Your order will be dispatched within 5 days from the time you placed your order. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation by e-mail. For buyers outside Portugal the delivery confirmation will include carrier and tracking number information. For buyers in Portugal the delivery information will include carrier information.

 

Delivery and collecting packages within Portugal

Orders within Portugal will be delivered by the Portuguese national post (CTT). Depending on the size of the package you will receive it to your mailbox or you will be asked to pick it up at your local post office.

 

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

 

Delivery and collecting international packages

International orders will be shipped with the delivery company that works with CTT (Portuguese Mail). With the help of your tracking number information you can track your package at the CTT website (www.ctt.pt). The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. Since some delivery companies require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at specified delivery address at the time of the delivery.

 

Delivery time

Portuguese orders will be delivered within 1- 4 days from the day you received the shipping confirmation.

 

International orders will be delivered within 2- 8 days from day you received the delivery confirmation.

 

Please note that during Portuguese National Holidays, Orders may take up to 5 days to dispatch.
