Terms and Conditions
1. Definition
The Gift Card Christmas Edition 2025 is a limited-edition prepaid digital card, purchased through Lobo Apparel’s online store, intended to be used exclusively as a payment method on the same store.
2. Format and Delivery

The Gift Card is issued in digital format (unique code).

The code is sent by email after payment confirmation.

The Customer is responsible for providing the correct email address for delivery of the Gift Card.
3. Available Amounts
Gift Cards are only available in the amounts listed on the website (e.g., €25, €50, €100, and €200).
It is not possible to top up, modify, or split the card value.
4. Validity

The Gift Card is valid until June 30, 2026.

After the expiry date, the Gift Card becomes invalid and cannot be used or refunded.
5. Use

The Gift Card may be used as full or partial payment for any order.

If the Gift Card value is lower than the total order amount, the Customer must pay the difference using the available payment methods.

If the Gift Card value exceeds the order amount, the remaining balance will remain available for future purchases within the validity period.
6. Limitations and Exclusions
The Gift Card cannot:

Be exchanged for cash.

Be returned after purchase (except as required by law for distance purchases).

Be used to purchase another Gift Card.

Be used to pay for shipping fees, if the platform does not allow it.
7. Loss, Theft or Missing Code

The Gift Card is a digital document and should be stored securely.

Lobo Apparel is not responsible for loss, theft, or improper use of the Gift Card code.

If the customer does not receive the email, they must contact customer support. We may resend the card if proof of purchase is provided and the Gift Card has not yet been used.
8. Refunds for Purchases Made with a Gift Card

If the customer returns an item purchased with a Gift Card, the refund will be issued as Gift Card balance—never in cash or other payment methods.

The amount will be refunded through the issuance of a new Gift Card with the same validity as the original.
9. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
The customer may exercise the right to cancel the Gift Card within 14 days of purchase, provided it has not been used.
After full or partial use, this right no longer applies.
10. Fraud and Misuse
Lobo Apparel reserves the right to cancel any Gift Card issued due to error, fraud, or suspicious activity, and may reissue a new Gift Card to the legitimate purchaser when applicable.
11. Amendments to the Terms
Lobo Apparel may amend these Terms and Conditions; however, the terms in effect at the time of purchase of the Gift Card will always apply.
