1. Logistics management
The preparation, dispatch and logistics management of Lobo Apparel orders are carried out through Batch Logistics.
Batch Logistics coordinates order processing and delivery through the carriers available for each destination and delivery method.
The carrier used may vary depending on:
- The order destination;
- The selected delivery method;
- The weight and dimensions of the parcel;
- The availability of transport services;
- Other operational conditions.
Where applicable, the shipping confirmation will identify the carrier responsible for delivery and provide the information required to track the order.
Batch Logistics acts as Lobo Apparel’s logistics partner. The purchase contract is concluded with SUMMER IN JUNGLE – UNIPESSOAL, LDA., and all questions concerning an order must therefore be addressed directly to Lobo Apparel.
2. Delivery destinations
Lobo Apparel currently delivers to:
- Portugal Mainland;
- Madeira;
- Azores;
- Spain Mainland;

- Canary Islands;

Delivery availability for each country or region must be confirmed during checkout.
Lobo Apparel may add, suspend or remove delivery destinations depending on the availability of logistics and carrier services.
3. Order preparation
After payment has been confirmed, orders are normally prepared for dispatch within an average period of two days.
The preparation period is separate from the delivery period. The estimated delivery time begins after the order has been dispatched and handed over to the carrier.
The preparation period may be longer during:
- Sales periods;
- Promotional campaigns;
- Collection launches;
- Public holidays;
- Periods of high order volume;
- Exceptional operational circumstances;
- Additional payment or security checks.
Where there is a significant delay in preparing the order, the customer will be informed using the contact details provided during the purchase.
4. Estimated delivery times
For Portugal Mainland, the average delivery time is generally approximately two days after dispatch.
For the Portuguese islands, Spanish islands and other European destinations, the delivery time depends on the country or region, the selected delivery method and the carrier responsible for the shipment.
The relevant estimate will be shown at checkout or communicated in the order or shipping confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery on a specific date, unless Lobo Apparel expressly confirms a guaranteed delivery service.
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions;
- National or local public holidays;
- Strikes;
- Carrier delays;
- Customs procedures;
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses;
- The recipient’s absence;
- Events outside Lobo Apparel’s reasonable control;
- Other exceptional circumstances.
Unless a different delivery date has been agreed, orders will be fulfilled without undue delay and, in accordance with applicable law, generally within a maximum period of 30 days after the purchase contract is concluded.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to:
- The destination;
- The selected delivery method;
- The weight and dimensions of the order;
- The available transport service;
- Other conditions applicable to the delivery.
The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before the customer completes the purchase.
Lobo Apparel does not offer permanent free shipping. However, promotional campaigns may occasionally include free shipping or special delivery conditions.
Where a free-shipping promotion applies, the relevant conditions, eligible destinations, minimum purchase amount and validity period will be clearly communicated.
6. Shipping confirmation and tracking
Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation at the email address used during the purchase.
The confirmation may include:
- The carrier’s name;
- A tracking number;
- A link to track the order;
- The selected delivery method;
- Other relevant delivery information.
Tracking updates depend on the carrier’s systems and may not appear immediately after dispatch.
7. Delivery address
The customer is responsible for confirming, before completing the purchase, that the delivery address is complete and correct.
The customer should carefully check:
- The recipient’s name;
- The street name;
- The building or door number;
- The floor and unit details;
- The postcode;
- The city or town;
- The country;
- The telephone number.
Once an order has entered preparation or has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to change the delivery address.
If an error is identified, the customer should contact Lobo Apparel immediately at lobo@loboapparel.pt. An address change cannot be guaranteed once logistics processing has begun.
8. Collection-point deliveries
Where this option is available at checkout, the customer may select delivery to a collection point.
The customer is responsible for:
- Selecting the correct collection point;
- Monitoring notifications sent by the carrier;
- Collecting the order within the stated period;
- Presenting any identification or collection code required by the carrier.
If the order is not collected within the relevant period, it may be returned to Lobo Apparel.
9. Delivery attempts
The number of delivery attempts depends on the selected delivery service and the carrier’s conditions.
Where delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may:
- Make another delivery attempt;
- Leave the order at a collection point;
- Request that a new delivery be scheduled;
- Return the order to Lobo Apparel.
The customer should monitor communications from the carrier and follow the instructions provided.
10. Uncollected or returned orders
Where an order is returned to Lobo Apparel due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address;
- The recipient’s absence;
- An inability to contact the recipient;
- Failure to collect the order within the stated period;
- Unjustified refusal of delivery;
the customer may be required to pay the actual costs associated with the return and any subsequent redelivery, to the extent permitted by law.
Failure to collect or refusal of the order does not automatically replace the requirement to communicate the exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal.
This rule does not apply where the delivery failure results from an error by Lobo Apparel, Batch Logistics or the carrier responsible for the shipment.
11. Delayed orders
Where an order significantly exceeds the estimated delivery time, the customer should first check the tracking information provided by the carrier.
If no updated information is available or the stated timeframe has been exceeded, the customer should contact: lobo@loboapparel.pt.
Lobo Apparel will request Batch Logistics and the relevant carrier to verify the location and status of the shipment.
Certain investigations may require a period of assessment by the carrier.
12. Lost orders
Where there are indications that an order has been lost, Lobo Apparel will request an investigation through Batch Logistics and the carrier responsible for the shipment.
Lobo Apparel has access to an insurance mechanism associated with the logistics process managed through Batch, which may be activated where the loss of the order during transport is confirmed.
The customer must provide any information reasonably required to assist the investigation, including:
- The order number;
- The recipient’s name;
- The delivery address;
- Communications received from the carrier;
- Any other information requested.
Where the loss is confirmed and was not caused by an act or omission attributable to the customer, Lobo Apparel will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
- Resending the order, subject to product availability; or
- Refunding the applicable amounts.
Customers should not contact Batch Logistics directly to request compensation, as the investigation and insurance process must be initiated and managed by Lobo Apparel.
13. Orders damaged during transport
Customers should inspect the external condition of the parcel at the time of delivery.
Where the packaging shows visible signs of damage, we recommend that the customer:
- Take photographs before opening the parcel;
- Photograph the shipping label;
- Photograph the products and the internal packaging;
- Keep all packaging materials;
- Contact Lobo Apparel as soon as possible.
The customer should contact lobo@loboapparel.pt and provide:
- The order number;
- A description of the damage;
- Photographs of the packaging;
- Photographs of the products;
- Any information provided by the carrier.
Lobo Apparel will review the situation and, where necessary, initiate the relevant process with Batch Logistics and the carrier.
The request to report damage promptly is intended to assist the investigation and insurance process and does not remove the customer’s statutory rights.
14. Transfer of risk
For purchases made by consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party appointed by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the order.
Delivery is considered complete when the consumer acquires physical possession or control of the goods.
15. International deliveries
Orders delivered outside Portugal may be subject to:
- Customs procedures;
- Inspections;
- Import restrictions;
- Taxes;
- Customs duties;
- Charges imposed in the destination country.
Where these amounts are not collected at checkout, they may be charged to the recipient by the relevant authorities or local carrier.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Lobo Apparel does not control the amount or duration of customs procedures applied by the authorities in the destination country.
The customer is responsible for checking whether the products may be legally imported into the selected destination.
16. Changes to or cancellation of a shipment
Customers wishing to change or cancel an order should contact Lobo Apparel immediately.
A change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after the order has:
- Entered preparation;
- Been processed by Batch Logistics;
- Been handed over to the carrier;
- Been dispatched.
Where the shipment can no longer be cancelled, the customer may exercise the rights described in our Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy .
