How to submit a return or cancellation request
Click the link below or go to our refund policy to start your request.
Log in to your account:
a. In the “Email” field, enter your email address and click “Continue”.
b. Open the email sent by our store and copy the 6-digit verification code.
c. Return to the store and enter the code.
Click “Request return” or “Cancel order” on the relevant order.
If the order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.
Select the reason for the return and add a note.
